Head of Administration


Silvia has lived in the UK, France, Austria and Switzerland and speaks six languages. After a degree in Italy, she studied Languages, Law and Admin in France, and earned a Masters in EU Relations and Trans-Border projects in Switzerland. Her career includes customer care, negotiation and business development in EU and non-EU markets, making her the perfect person to head up our Italian office. She is fearless when it comes to dealing with problems and smoothing the way for people moving to Italy.

Relocation specialist


Melanie has previously worked for a range of international companies in other senior management roles, she is a French national who has lived and worked in the UK, China, New Zealand and Switzerland. Business-focused, with a double masters degree, she is fully bilingual and through her lived experiences, she understands what is involved in moving to a new country, organising matters from car registration to buying a property abroad. Combine this with her passion for great customer service, you can be sure that Melanie will do all that she can, to have you ready to move to Italy and into your new home, hassle-free.

Financial Advisor


After gaining a diploma in Business and Finance, Simon first qualified as a Financial Advisor in the UK in 1991 and has been giving cross border financial advice to British clients for the last 18 years. During this period he has built up considerable knowledge of tax efficient Italian investments and inheritance planning. Simon lived in Brittany for 12 years and is now based in the Vendée region. In 2018 Simon gained the Chartered Insurance Institute qualification in Mortgage Advice and Equity release and thus, currently holds the latest UK financial planning qualifications. His overwhelming attribute is his approach to financial planning, his calm and professional demeanour inspires confidence in his advice, which makes him the perfect person to consult when considering your financial future in Italy.

Administration Team

Philip, Grace and David make up our qualified bilingual administrative team and they come with a wealth of international experience. They are adept at dealing directly with Italian authorities to arrange visas and residency permits. They will also talk to institutions on your behalf to gather all the documentation you need and will keep you up to date with progress at every step of the journey.
