Yes we can, with a doctor, dentist, tax office, hairdresser, optician, hearing centre, mani-pedi, beautician, vet, dog groomer, car garage for a revisione, calls to an numero verde number which can only be made from an Italian phone.
This service includes helping with communication with the Servizio Sanitario Nazionale, booking medical appointments of any sort, booking vaccination or Covid test appointments.
We do, along with other translation services, we can compose official letters, letters of complaint, dispute of a road traffic offence, querying an incorrect bill, letters to your bank, insurance claims, warranty set up and claims, communication with schools, to name a few.
We will give you timely reminders to make sure you don’t miss any important deadlines such as validating your Visa, exchanging your Driving Licence and filing your tax return, all of which we can help you with our other in house services!
