Here’s a step by step breakdown

Property Requirements

We start with a consultation costing 90€ (fully refunded on paying for any service), where you can tell us the type of home you are looking for.

Property Search

We begin the property search, keeping you updated regularly.

Property Reports

We send regular reports of places we think you’ll love, with translations of the property details.

Visiting Schedule

When you see a property you like, we set up an appointment for you to inspect the property. If language is a problem, we can help via video telephone link. We can also accompany you in person or visit on your behalf, but this incurs an extra fee.

Negotiations & Admin

If you decide to buy, we advise on negotiations, arrange a condition report and handle all the administrative detail and legal paperwork for you. We can also help you to open an Italian bank account or arrange financing.

We ask for a 50% holding deposit of 2250€ to begin the search. The end balance is only due once you have successfully secured your new home in Italy.

Yes. Our rental service includes searching for suitable properties and building your financial profile so you are more likely to be accepted as a tenant.

Yes, we can visit properties for you. We can also accompany you either in person or via telephone video link. There will be an extra charge for in-person visits.
